• Provide comprehensive pain management strategies for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain.
• Conduct detailed evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations, to assess patients’ pain and function.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Perform interventional procedures such as spinal injections, nerve blocks, and other minimally invasive treatment options to alleviate pain.
• Utilize advanced technology and methodologies to evaluate patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to best practices by maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on pain management techniques, rehabilitation strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance overall health.
• Work collaboratively with a multidimensional healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient care and support systems.

Our patient population encompasses individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various pain-related disorders. We are particularly focused on providing care to adults, including those in senior care who may require specialized attention due to the complexities of aging. Our goal is to understand each patient’s unique pain experience and adjust treatment strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is required.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certification from a national certifying body (ANCC, AANP, etc.) is mandatory.
• Full prescriptive authority upon employment.
• Current DEA license or eligibility in the state of California.
• A safe, patient-focused, and balanced approach to pain management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.

• Experience in pain management or relevant clinical practice.
• Fellowship training in pain management is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in performing interventional pain management procedures.
• Previous work within a hospital or high-volume clinical setting is a plus.

Unity Health Care LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
