Unity Point Wellness & Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position will focus on delivering quality mental health services to clients experiencing major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop integrated care plans, and ensure that care is tailored to the client's personal needs and presenting challenges.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices for crisis intervention and brief screenings to facilitate timely assessments and treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care and to ensure that patient services are well-coordinated.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to cultural competency and inclusivity while engaging with clients and colleagues to promote an environment of respect and understanding.
  • Monitor client progress, documenting interactions, treatment responses, and implementing necessary changes to care plans in a timely manner.
  • Provide on-call support during and after working hours, ensuring that help is available when clients need it most.
  • Participate in agency initiatives and committees aimed at improving service delivery and improving client outcomes.
  • Ensure the completion of reports and submissions in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Unity Point Wellness & Counseling, you will primarily serve clients who face significant mental health challenges, including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional difficulties. Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who often have limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications
