Job Summary:
Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a premier provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a part-time or per diem basis. As a CNA at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience preferred in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Ability to work flexible weekends, part-time or per diem schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to pass a drug test
