Experience: 9+ Years

  • Lead the development and enhancement of HP NonStop Tandem applications in a hands-on technical role.
  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality production applications.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Architect end-to-end technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and deliver scalable, secure solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience with HP NonStop Tandem development.
