What are the typical responsibilities of a Unity Church minister or spiritual leader?

Unity Church Ministers or Spiritual Leaders are responsible for preparing and delivering weekly sermons, providing spiritual counseling, and organizing events that align with Unity principles. They often oversee administrative functions, collaborate with staff and volunteers, and engage in community outreach activities to grow church membership. Additionally, they may facilitate classes and workshops, conduct ceremonies such as weddings or memorials, and represent the church at local or denominational gatherings. The role involves a balance of spiritual guidance, administrative oversight, and active relationship-building with congregants and the broader community.
