United Recovery Project provides a full continuum of care for substance abuse rehabilitation and a residential program for mental health. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, Admissions Coordinator/ Phone Representative with experience in the Substance Abuse Treatment and/or Mental Health industry.

Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator:
โ€ข receives incoming phone calls from those seeking treatment or their loved ones.
โ€ข performs basic data entry and computer work.
โ€ข enters all necessary client information into Salesforce.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
โ€ข Minimum of 6 months call center/ sales experience required.
โ€ข Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery process preferred .
โ€ข Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
-Drug free work place.
-On going sales training & support.
-Must be able to commit to 40 hr work week.
-Must have a reliable source of transportation.
-Must be fluent in English.
