Program Manager

Program Managers with healthcare IT experience, governance frameworks (COBIT, PMP, Lean Six Sigma), and enterprise deployment expertise. Requirements

8โ€“10 years of experience in IT Program Management

Strong healthcare technology solution skills and experience

Experience working with technology solutions in a Health System with Integrated Delivery Network (IDN)

Experience working with infrastructure build of healthcare technology solutions

Management experience including people, program, project, and budget management

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Customer service-focused, self-starter, self-supervised, and strong influencing skills

Experience working with Monday.com for dashboard reporting

Experience with Microsoft Visio, Draw.io (Diagrams.net), and Lucidchart

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, and SharePoint

Knowledge of budget management and demonstrated experience managing IT budgets, project portfolios, and operational improvement plans

Experience utilizing ISACA COBIT governance, control, risk, and audit processes

Experience leading teams supporting an IT Shared Services organization

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred

PMP certification desired

Certified Scrum Master preferred

ISACA CISA certification desirable

Experience with Agile methodology desirable

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree as outlined, or a satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
