This sales position earns an expected total compensation between $75,000 - $100,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, and a monthly bonus opportunity. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and individual performance. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL SALES SPECIALIST REPRESENTATIVE
The Residential Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new residential and small business customers through direct, face-to-face, door-to-door sales within assigned neighborhoods. This is a field-based sales position that requires daily neighborhood canvassing, engaging prospective customers at their homes and businesses, and building relationships within the communities served by United Fiber. The Residential Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving monthly sales goals through personal sales performance while helping develop and refine United Fiber's neighborhood sales strategies, processes, and best practices. This position plays a key role in expanding United Fiber's customer base by delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting the value of fiber broadband services.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry level 0 to 12 months sales experience
  • Thorough knowledge of first-aid and CPR
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or sit for prolonged periods of time as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

A bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience are preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus. Can you integrate business and industry knowledge into your job? Are you able to build working relationships characterized by a high level of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect? Do you flourish with both independent and collaborative work? WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position must be able to work flexible hours outside normal business hours, including weekends, events and holidays as required.
