United Collection Bureau, Inc. (UCB) is a national firm providing accounts receivable management services to healthcare facilities, financial services organizations, and government entities. The FS Posting Specialist is responsible for accurately posting and balancing payments, processing client remittances, and supporting daily accounting functions in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post payments received in the office accurately and timely
  • Perform daily balancing of all posted payments
  • Process daily remittances for various clients
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
  • Cross-train to support multiple areas within the department

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong 10-key and general clerical skills
