Job Summary:
As an In-Seat Food Runner, you'll deliver food and beverages directly to courtside guests with speed, accuracy, and top-notch service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests using a tray
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout each event
  • Assist with basic food prep and menu distribution
  • Maintain clean and organized service areas
  • Help with stand setup and cleanup
  • Train new team members as needed
  • Complete other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math
  • Comfortable working independently and on your feet for extended periods
  • Prior food service experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
  • Comfortable navigating crowds and working in a busy environment
