Scenario Software Coordinator / Advisor R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (R&K) is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with core capabilities in Mission Support, Engineering and Logistics, Cybersecurity and Intelligence, Environmental and Emergency Management, Exercise and Training, and Defense Healthcare in support of our Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian customers. R&K provides project management and subject matter expertise support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support Program. The task order also provides innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific air, space, and cyber "fly out" replication and scenario development in support of training and exercises. Primary training and exercise audience is intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division). The R&K Team is seeking a full-time Scenario Software Coordinator / Advisor. Title: Scenario Software Coordinator / Advisor Location : Hurlburt Field, FL Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Clearance: Active TS and NATO Secret Security Clearance Start Date: Upon Approval Duties: The successful candidate shall perform the following duties: * Provide oversight, guidance and direction for C2WSPTT database development and maintenance, supporting software files and programming requirements, computer-based scenario software file development, Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) maintenance, and C2WSPTT system performance. * Coordinate training objectives and scenario events with Falconer AOC Weapon System unit training managers and their aligned Air Reserve Component (ARC) augmented unit training representatives. * Prepare monthly status reports. * Lead in the development and execution of quarterly program reviews. * Organize monthly testing and inspections for PTT software upgrade acceptance. * Provide daily operational oversight of the PTT team schedule in order to meet customer milestones and delivery timelines. * Take part in monthly testing and inspections for PTT software upgrade acceptance. * Coordinate weekly with 505 CTS DO and CC in order to refine customer requirements.
* Ensure daily upkeep of the development and maintenance of a computer-based master training scenario library. * Comply with all government operational security, communications security, information assurance, and personnel security policies. * Report scenario development dates as early as possible to 505 CTS and 505 CS to deconflict C2 system use and ensure system availability for taskings. * Attend weekly DO meetings to report status of scenario deliveries. If Scenario Software Coordinator/Advisor is unable to attend this meeting a representative from the Scenario Development Team (SDT) must attend. * Attend weekly CC staff meetings to report status for funding and manpower issues. Scenario Software Coordinator/Advisor is unable to attend this meeting a representative from the Scenario Development Team (SDT) must attend Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years military operational and training experience, two of which must be AOC experience. * Minimum of four (4) years AOC specific experience with exposure to exercise planning and execution and AOC modeling and simulation tools. * Minimum of four (4) years' experience with IBM PC/Client hardware, Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems, SharePoint, FALCON VIEW and C2WSPTT software.
