Current: 2 CNCs, 24 Nurses (including those on orientation), 7 PCT + 2 Contract PCTs, 0 Unit Secretary. • Type of staff: o Day/night Shift - 1 CNC 4 - 5 NURSES depending on Patient Need and 2 PCTs, 1 Unit Secretary • Patient Ratios - 1:5, 1:6 • Type of equipment - Welch Alyn Vital Signs Machine, Dash Bedside Monitor, Telemetry, BiPapp • EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • Experience with administering and monitoring IV Cardiac drips i.e. Dilitizem and Amiodorone • Basic ECG rhythm interpretation • Management of Continuous Bipapp • Post Cardiac Catherization/Stent implant management Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. • Acute Cardiac Care • Acute Stroke Care List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: • N/A REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: • ACLS, BLS Floating Area(s): • IMU and any med/surg telemetry units.
