Healthsource Saginaw is seeking to hire a Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for their 116-bed Behavioral Health Service, located on a beautiful campus in West Saginaw Township, in the Great Lakes Bay Region.       
 
 
                   
The Behavioral Health Center offers services in a 33 child/adolescent unit (ages 8 to 17);  a 60 bed adult unit; a 16 bed geriatric unit, and a 7 bed chemical dependency unit, for adult patients.
  • Full Time, Employed position
  • Excellent compensation package, plus sign-on bonus
  • 70% Administrative/30% Clinical 
  • On-site service preferred, open to 1 day/week via tele-psychiatry
  • Open to hiring two psychiatrists to split the medical director position: each working 7 days on/7 days off
  • If not interested in serving as Medical Director, a Staff Psychiatry position is available

Qualifications:

  • Michigan Medical License, or ability to obtain
  • DEA-X waiver needed to see chemical dependency patients
