Job Description

The Finance Specialist works with the Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. This position will provide a wide range of financial analysis regarding forecast, trends, monthly income statement, and ad hoc reports.

Job Responsibilities

•    Supports the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly and weekly basis
•    Supports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports
•    Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools
•    Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks
•    Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other business initiatives impact on financial results
•    Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)
•    Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arises

Qualifications

•    At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience with increasing levels of responsibility

•    Ability to adjust priorities to meet timelines
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
