Maintenance Associate

Reports to: Property Manager & Lead Maintenance 

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Units: 168

Salary: $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living

Chisholm Trail Townhomes is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our 168-unit residential apartment community.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare units for occupancy
  • Paint and complete make readies for occupancy
  • Perform daily trash pickup
  • Assist in general maintenance work as requested
  • Perform light checks
  • Perform manual repairs when necessary
  • Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance
  • On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager
