Job description

What success looks like in this role:

Provides guidance to assigned Client Delivery Executive team members.
Guides team members through execution of Client Delivery Executive duties, including:
o Day-to-day client contact and interaction,
o Engagement across internal product, service and related teams,
o Ongoing service reviews,
o Issue identification and resolution,
o Documentation and reporting, and
o Revenue and retention success.
Ensures team successfully plans, implements and executes delivery of contracted services.
Keeps leadership advised of potential problem areas and team achievements.
Allocates work and monitors team performance, offering guidance, coaching and corrective feedback as appropriate.
Serves as a first escalation point for issues raised by team members, customers or other stakeholders.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0-2 years' leadership experience
