• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, family dynamics, and personal histories, utilizing standardized assessment tools to craft appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy to provide personalized and impactful care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, while regularly monitoring their progress through ongoing evaluations and adjustments to interventions.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients, promoting an atmosphere of trust, safety, and collaboration, which is essential for effective healing and development.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations governing social work, ensuring clients' rights and privacy are consistently upheld.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry best practices, including attending workshops, participating in webinars, and seeking peer consultation.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, promoting community support and shared experiences among clients.
• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational and state regulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals and families facing various challenges, from personal crises to chronic mental health issues. You will adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of each client, employing cultural competency to ensure effective communication and engagement.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally within private practice or comparable settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective connections with clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and an eagerness to integrate innovative practices into your therapy.
• Prior experience working with hospice or end-of-life care clients is a plus.
