• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ presenting issues, personal backgrounds, and specific treatment goals, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Provide tailored individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, pertinent to each client’s unique context.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that stably address each client's mental health needs, thereby facilitating effective pathways for recovery and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with clients to monitor progress throughout their therapeutic journey, offering adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting; experience in a hospice or end-of-life care environment is particularly advantageous.
• Strong clinical capabilities, including effective assessment skills, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of rapport with clients and their families.

• Experience working with hospice patients and their families, providing grief counseling and emotional support in sensitive, high-stakes environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
• Background in mindfulness-based therapeutic practices or similar modalities that enhance emotional resilience.

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, depending on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
