• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions, tailored to the unique situations of clients.
• Utilize solution-focused psychotherapy methods to guide patients in overcoming obstacles to their mental well-being.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and health regulations.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team including medical professionals, psychologists, and other clinicians, optimizing patient care outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources, fostering empowerment and active involvement in treatment.

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of patients across various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Understanding cultural sensitivities and adapting approaches to meet individual needs is essential in this role.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory.
• Proven competence in solution-based psychotherapy methods, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially concerning documentation and treatment planning.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in counseling or mental health services.
