Job description

As a Registered Nurse Float Pool RN, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn -whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
What will you do in this role:
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
BSN is preferred
