• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records of all clinical interactions and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and licensed therapists, to provide integrated care for individuals with complex needs.
• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, helping them understand their treatment options and coping strategies.
• Stay informed regarding the latest trends in mental health research, policy, and innovative practices to continually enhance client care.

In this position, you will connect with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our telehealth services are designed to reach various demographics, allowing you to work with both adults and adolescents from different backgrounds and cultures. By adopting a client-centered approach, you will address the unique challenges each patient faces, ensuring that care is tailored to individual needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• A commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in practice.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or remote counseling.
• Familiarity with various electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
