This position allows for full-time remote work, leveraging technology to connect with clients in a school setting. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for our clients. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing effective treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Collaborate actively with a treatment team to ensure holistic and client-centered care, including regular case reviews and strategy discussions.
• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans as required by clients’ needs.
• Document clinical interactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards for confidentiality and patient care.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and collective healing.

As an LCSW at Neuro Psychology Center, LLC, you will work primarily with children and adolescents within a school environment. You will be equipped to address a spectrum of challenges unique to this population, such as academic-related stress, social-emotional development, and traumatic experiences. Your interventions will contribute to not only individual healing but also the overall mental well-being of the wider student body.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on direct client care.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a strong understanding of mental health best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Experience working in a school-based or educational setting.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral networks specific to mental health services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
