• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, functioning, and needs, using standardized tools and personal interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by clients, ensuring alignment with therapeutic best practices and their personal recovery goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the therapy setting.
• Engage in collaborative practices with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, share insights, and strategize on patient management.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, fostering their understanding and encouraging active participation in the clients' recovery journeys.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with both regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity at all times.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices aligned with different mental health disorders.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and motivation with clients, employing effective therapeutic and counseling techniques.
• Exemplary communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team-oriented treatment environment.

• Experience working in community mental health settings or similar clinical environments will be considered a significant asset.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital tools for remote therapy sessions, enhancing client engagement and accessibility.
• Prior experience collaborating with diverse treatment teams, integrating various therapeutic modalities.
