Job description

Retail amp; Reservation Specialist
Full-Time | Resort Store Environment

Do you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and creating a great customer experience? Join Outdoor Adventures as a Retail amp; Reservation Specialist and play a key role in both our resort store operations and member interactions.

This position is perfect for someone who is friendly, organized, and enjoys a mix of retail, customer service, and hands-on work. Youโ€™ll help keep the store running smoothly while making sure every member and guest feels welcomed and taken care of.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and create a welcoming environment

  • Answer questions, address concerns, and help customers find what they need

  • Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

  • Receive, check, stock, and inventory shipments

  • Process transactions including cash, debit/credit cards, returns, and exchanges

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout every shift

  • Assist with reservations and member needs as required

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing work areas

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience/knowledge

  • Ability to lift 25โ€“30 lbs

  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as reaching, bending, and walking

  • Previous retail experience preferred (training provided)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Organized and able to follow a schedule and directions

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on helping others
