As a Valet Attendant, youโ€™ll be more than the person parking carsโ€”youโ€™ll be one of the first and last people guests interact with during their stay. What Youโ€™ll DoDeliver Exceptional Guest Service
  • Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests.
  • Answer questions clearly and professionally.
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
  • Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and points of interest.
  • Provide thoughtful assistance to guests with special needs or disabilities.
  • Create a welcoming, memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Safely Handle Guest Vehicles
  • Complete valet tickets accurately and perform vehicle damage checks.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Maintain vehicle keys in a secure, organized manner.
  • Treat every guest vehicle with care and respect.
Represent AAA Parking Professionally
  • Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance in accordance with AAA Parking standards.
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, safe, and inviting.
  • Consistently represent both AAA Parking and our hotel partner with professionalism.
Be a Team Player
  • Work closely with hotel staff to coordinate smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates throughout each shift.
  • Support fellow team members during busy periods, special events, and peak arrival times.
Prioritize Safety & Security
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to protect guests, vehicles, keys, and team members.
  • Immediately report accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or other incidents to a supervisor.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry guest luggage and other items as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
  • Must be able to follow safety procedures and handle guest vehicles, keys, and property responsibly.
  • Ability to successfully complete any required background and driving-record checks.
