Job description

Non-NegotiablesMust have experience in acute care setting, active RN license and BLS certificationUnit Description31 bed medical surgical unit. Primary diagnosis include Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, End Stage liver/Kidney Failure, Cellulitis, UTI, and Colitis. This unit receives medical transfers out of all ICU's, Telemetry and Neuroscience departments.Schedule12 hour shift. Travelers are first to float per our union contract. Log kept on unit for fairness and consistency of floating. Travelers are required to pick up 1-2 extra 12 hour shift per month, depends on staffing need and are required to work 4 weekend shifts per month per our policy.UPDATE: As of 6/12/20, Renown Reserves the right to call off, without penalty, FOUR (4) shifts, or 48 hours, for low census per 13 week contract. This may be full or partial shifts.
