Familiarity with EHR systems, hospital protocols, and knowledge of collective bargaining agreements are typically important. What is a union RN?

Union RNs are registered nurses who are members of a labor union that represents healthcare workers. These unions advocate for nurses' rights, improved working conditions, fair wages, and benefits through collective bargaining with employers.
