For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients. Our goal is to deliver quality home health services, in good faith, to those who entrust themselves to our care and to minister to the unique needs of each individual with respect, dignity, and compassion. Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Registered Nurse RN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families. Registered Nurses are needed for patient care in multiple areas in Butler County, Allegheny County, Clarion County, Westmoreland County, and Armstrong County. Allowing you to work close to your home.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE Registered Nurse RN position:
  • Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
  • Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.

What you'll do as a Registered Nurse RN:
As a Home Health Registered Nurse RN, you'll be at the heart of this mission.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.
  • Treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care.
  • Educating and empowering patients and families on managing their health conditions and building confidence in self-care.
  • Utilizing strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes.
