What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while serving as an important member of our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
  • Coordinate and manage nursing care assignments
  • Supervise and support LPNs, nursing assistants, and other nursing staff
  • Provide clinical leadership during assigned shifts and serve as the nurse in charge when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
  • Assist with staff orientation, education, and ongoing development
  • Participate in emergency response procedures, including fire and medical alert systems
  • Perform clinical and laboratory procedures within the scope of practice
  • Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania nursing standards and Pennswood Village policies
