Responsibilities

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract healthcare professionals across various levels, ensuring job seekers can find suitable employment opportunities within our network. Lead with a client-centered approach, fostering positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Work closely with the Career Services team to support job readiness for candidates, integrating training and resources that enhance their qualifications for placement opportunities

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and match candidates with appropriate job openings within our network. Collaborate with external HR recruiters to fully understand position requirements and align candidate placements effectively.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate data, and support efficient placement workflows

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure accurate data entry and tracking for seamless operations

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Actively represent TEF at job fairs, recruitment forums, and networking events to promote our mission and increase visibility

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist in creating recruitment materials, including job advertisements for public and internal postings, to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure adherence to Fund policies and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and placement processes within the Employer Relations and Placement Unit enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our efforts.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability and willingness to travel throughout New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley as needed to support recruitment activities, employer and stakeholder engagement, facility meetings, hiring events, and participant placement efforts.

Qualifications

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum of two (2) years in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field required , preferably within healthcare or nonprofit settings

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCIMS, etc.)

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a client-centered approach with a focus on humility and emotional intelligence to support and engage candidates effectively
