Job Responsibilities:

The Taskforce F amp;B Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the rooftop bar in Chicago, IL. This includes managing inventory, labor, and ensuring a high level of service for over 100 covers per shift. The manager will also be responsible for strategic leadership, union negotiations, and coordinating unicorn events.
