As a Lovegreen Millwright, you will join Local 548 union and gain access to all the benefits that union membership provides. Through the apprenticeship program, you'll be paid to learn everything you need to know to become a skilled millwright.
2025 union pay scale begins at $27.92/hour for 1st year apprentices.
What You'll Do
  • Install, align, dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of machinery
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
  • Follow all safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints and schematics
  • Utilize hand and power tools and precision measuring equipment

Position Requirements
  • Able to work a varied schedule and hours
  • Able to stand, crawl, kneel for various hours throughout the day
  • Work in varied conditions and environments
  • Able to wear PPE - steel toe boots, safety glasses, hardhat, and hearing protection
  • Able to pass drug screen and background check
