The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, leads with curiosity and ownership, and is motivated to strengthen processes, build collaborative partnerships, and drive operational excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs

  • Support localization workflows across digital marketing including email and website, web pages, Sourcebook, in-store signage, press, hospitality, and other Copy initiatives in partnership with the broader Localization team
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with linguists, copywriters and editors, creative teams, merchandising,  and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure work is delivered on time and to RH standards
  • Collaborate closely with linguists and translation partners to onboard, guide, and reinforce RH's brand voice, tone, copy standards, and commitment to quality across global markets
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing and refining copy project timelines, status tracking, documentation, glossaries, workflows, and processes that improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability
  • Anticipate project needs, dependencies, and risks, proactively resolving roadblocks, balancing team priorities and workloads, and driving accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Champion clear communication and collaboration across internal stakeholders and external localization partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution of copy and localization initiatives

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of project management or operations experience, preferably supporting creative, copy, editorial, localization, content, retail, luxury, consumer, or technology teams
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects, establish priorities, build timelines, navigate ambiguity, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong judgment, exceptional follow-through, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying and resolving challenges
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build productive partnerships, and balance creative sensitivity with operational execution
  • Familiarity with localization and translation workflows strongly preferred, along with experience using project management and creative collaboration tools such as Airtable, Figma, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • French and/or Italian language knowledge is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
