Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead the delivery of a large-scale corporate website relaunch in Columbus, Ohio. This Long-term Contract opportunity focuses on coordinating a complex, enterprise-level digital program that spans global stakeholders, regional teams, external partners, and multiple connected platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, hands-on delivery leadership, and the ability to keep cross-functional workstreams moving from planning through launch.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the full delivery lifecycle for a new enterprise website, guiding work from kickoff through launch while keeping priorities, timelines, and dependencies on track.
• Coordinate daily execution across marketing, IT, regional business teams, and third-party agency partners to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and decisions.
• Lead the content migration effort by organizing audits, classification, production planning, and publishing readiness so the new platform launches with complete and accurate information.
• Oversee collaboration across interconnected digital systems, including product content, asset management, and related enterprise platforms, to support a seamless website experience.
• Manage localization planning and approval workflows for multiple global regions and more than twenty languages, ensuring market needs are addressed within project timelines.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for external vendors, monitoring progress, resolving roadblocks, and maintaining accountability for agreed outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder communication with clear status updates, risk identification, escalation management, and action plans for leadership and partner teams.
• Organize quality assurance, launch preparation, and cutover activities to support a controlled go-live and successful transition into post-launch ownership.• 7+ years of experience leading complex digital or IT project deliveries, including enterprise website or platform implementations.
• Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional initiatives involving internal stakeholders, external agencies, and distributed teams.
• Strong background in Agile Scrum and project lifecycle management, with the ability to adapt delivery practices to evolving project needs.
• Experience using project management tools such as Atlassian Jira to track progress, coordinate work, and maintain visibility across teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise digital ecosystems that include content, product information, asset, and platform integrations.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-driving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across global and regional groups.
