Looking for work-life balance? Want to work for a mission-based, family friendly organization? CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join the team at our Crandon, Wisconsin location!
CoVantage invests in their team members! The pay for this role is $15.25 - $22.13. Your starting pay rate will be based on your related experience and qualifications. Benefits include a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, paid time off for community service, and more!
Job Duties:
  • Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance
  • Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately
  • Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis
  • Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value

Qualifications:
  • Have obtained a high school diploma
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
  • Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance
  • Have intermediate mathematical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs
  • Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
