The Clarkston union, Union General, Union Woodshop, Woodshop Shop, Vinsetta Garage, Fenton Honcho Fuego, Bunkhouse Burgers, Pump House, Honcho, Gran Castor, Union Assembly, Mom’s Spaghetti, Union Rec, and Lincoln Yard: these are places you won’t find anywhere else because they’re in one-of-a-kind places.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Concessions Crew Member is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
• Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time.
• Complete orders from steam tables and placing food on plates to serve.
• Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers.
• Perform food preparation tasks such as scooping and serving, and wrapping burgers.
• Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and dining areas.
• Performing opening and closing duties to ensure cleanliness, safety and security of Joint
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• Ability to handle stress under pressure and in fast-paced situations
• Work well with others and collaborate as a member of a team
• Basic math and calculation skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to handle standing for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation to and from event venues
• Current certifications as required by state and local laws
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation rules
