WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:

As an integral member of our Enterprise Applications team, the Member Relationship Management (MRM) Developer plays a pivotal role in creating robust CRM/MRM solutions tailored for TruStone Financial. This role is designed for someone who is skilled in teamwork, leadership, and collaboration within a dynamic software development environment. The MRM Developer will work closely with the MRM Product Owner, aligning strategy and execution of member relationship management initiatives. This position will have a deep understanding of technology & software development lifecycle skills, combined with financial sector insights, particularly from credit unions, to further support the CRM/MRMโ€™s success.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL BRING:

Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am โ€“ 5:00pm at our Burnsville Administrative Office location; exempt.

In addition:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferred.
  • Technically adept to develop CRM Configurations, plugโ€‘ins, Web Resources & Security.
  • Proficiency in developing custom applications, Dashboards, Forms, Entities, Views, etc. using standard languages and platforms, including the .NET framework, C#, VB Shop, ASP.NET | Openโ€‘source web framework for .NET, HTML, JavaScript, MVC, tโ€‘SQL, Visual Studio, FetchXML, etc.
  • Experience implementing workflows; identifying workflow types; implementing dialogs and custom actions; and identifying when to use business process flows, workflow dialogs, and custom actions.
  • Excellent Knowledge of SOA based architecture using SOAP, Restful APIs or WebAPIs.
  • Experience with CRM processes in the financial sector, preferably credit unions.
  • Expertise in the following Azure services:
  • Azure Functions (Serverless APIs)
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Azure Data Lake
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure Portal
  • Azure APIM and FrontDoor
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, PowerApps / Power BI, Postman / GitHub.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, database design, development using relational database management systems.
  • Experience with Jira and have a good understanding of Agile Development Methodologies, such as Scrum.
  • Strong problemโ€‘solving skills and the ability to work in a fastโ€‘paced software development environment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and teamโ€‘playing skills.
  • Ability to refine endโ€‘user requests into functional and technical requirements.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment in an iterative development cycle.
  • Knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience with using low code Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) solutions such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Microsoft APIM preferred.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass all preโ€‘employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $81,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year. In addition, we offer:
