HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled regional/semi-local truck drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this CDL driving opportunity.

We are seeking dependable drivers who operate with consistency, safety, and accountability across multi-state routes. This role requires discipline, flexibility, and a strong commitment to meeting delivery expectations while maintaining compliance with all transportation regulations.

HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial vehicles across regional routes spanning Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Montana, and Utah
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight while maintaining safety standards
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify equipment readiness
  • Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, HOS requirements, and company policies
  • Track and log routes, deliveries, and hours accurately
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules and route updates
  • Manage overnight layovers and maintain delivery schedules across multi-day routes
  • Maintain professionalism when representing the company at delivery locations

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
  • Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience
  • Ability to operate safely across multiple states and varying road conditions
  • Willingness to work holidays as required
  • Ability to handle overnight layovers (4–5 nights per week on average)
