Job description

CDL Driver Local/No Overnights

Class A CDL Safely and efficiently operate a commercial vehicle, such as a tractor-trailer, straight truck, or other designated vehicle, to transport products or equipment to specified destinations. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Secure products and equipment using appropriate methods, such as straps, chains, or tarps, in order to prevent damage during transportation. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate delivery schedules. Assist in rental department and yard as needed.

Education and Work Experience Valid Class A CDL driver's license and med card.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Clean driving record with no history of major violations, accidents, or DUI convictions. Proven experience as a CDL Driver, preferably in a similar industry or with comparable equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Capabilities Required: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time. Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy products and equipment as required.
