Job description

Role intent:Lead Walmart replenishment and customer forecast performance across assigned businesses, translating customer signals and Unilever supply constraints into clear actions that improve in-stock, service, inventory health, speed-to-shelf, and sales outcomes.

Background and Purpose of the Job

The Senior CPFR on Walmart Consumables owns collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment execution at a senior level. This role is accountable for connecting Walmart demand signals, replenishment behavior, customer inventory health, Unilever supply plans, and commercial priorities into one integrated operating view.

Category-specific scope: The Senior CPFR will support Walmart Consumables categories within Beauty, Personal Care, and Home Care, with assigned category ownership aligned to businessneed, customer priorities, and team coverage.

The role manages Walmart inventory replenishment and customer forecast inputs across item, department, category, node, and event views using customer and internal tools such as Retail Link / Luminate, NOVA or replenishment portals, Power BI, Excel, SAP, Anaplan, Databricks or SQL-enabled data sources, and automation workflows where available.

This position is expected to move beyond tactical reporting. The Senior CPFR anticipates supply chain risk, leads cross-functional recovery plans, influences Walmart and internal stakeholders through data-backed storytelling, and helps build scalable ways of working for the broader Walmart Supply Chain team.

  • You are a customer supply chain owner:Own Walmart replenishment execution for assigned businesses, ensuring the team is focused on the highest-value actions across in-stocks, inventory, service, forecast quality, and sales enablement.

  • You are a strategy guru and dot connector:Connect customer demand, item lifecycle activity, modular resets, promotions, supply constraints, DC/node inventory, and commercial priorities into clear recommendations for decisions and tradeoffs.

  • You are a data native and storyteller:Use Walmart and Unilever data to diagnose root causes, quantify business impact, and communicate concise actions to internal leadership, CBMs, Planning, Logistics, and Walmart replenishment partners.

  • You are a senior operator:Lead weekly/monthly operating rhythms, exception management, recovery planning, and customer-facing discussions with strong follow-through and clear ownership ofnextsteps.

  • You are a paradox navigator:Balance in-stock improvement, inventory productivity, supply constraints, forecast bias, transportation realities, and customer expectations while making practical recommendations that move the business forward.

  • You are a change champion:Build scalable processes, dashboards, trackers, and automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve speed, accuracy, and visibility for the Walmart Consumables team.

  • You are a team multiplier:Coach analysts or peer CPFR resources, raise the capability of the broader team, share best practices, and help develop a high-performing customer experience culture.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior CPFR owns Walmart replenishment and forecast execution for assigned Consumables categories across Beauty, Personal Care, and Home Care. The role monitors in-stocks, inventory, service, POS, orders, and forecast signals toidentifyrisks early and recommend clear actions.

This role partners with Walmart replenishment, CBMs, Planning, Logistics, and Data/Analytics to support promotions, modular transitions, lifecycle events, recovery plans, and process improvements. Success requires turning data into concise recommendations that improve customer experience, inventory health, and speed to shelf.

WhatYou'llNeed to Succeed

  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, Operations, or related fieldrequired; advanced analytics or supply chain certification is a plus.

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in CPFR, customer replenishment, demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, customer operations, or analytics; Walmart experiencestronglypreferred.

  • Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding, including demand signals, order flow, supply planning, fulfillment, inventory, transportation, modular transitions, and promotional execution.

  • Advanced analytical capability using Excel and Power BI, with working knowledge of SAP, Retail Link / Luminate, Anaplan, SQL, Databricks, Alteryx, or similar tools preferred.

  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights, clear recommendations, and customer-facing narratives.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority and hold partners accountabletoactions.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, improve processes, develop scalable ways of working, and coach or mentor others.

  • Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to stay three steps ahead, manage ambiguity, prioritize what counts, and deliver with excellence.

Success Measures

  • Improvement in Walmart in-stock performance and reduced avoidable out-of-stocks.

  • Sustained service recovery progress across dispatch, fill rate, OTIF-related drivers, and customer replenishment performance.

  • Improved forecast quality, clearer customer demand signals, and better alignment between Walmart needs and Unilever planning inputs.

  • Reduced manual reporting through scalable dashboards, trackers, or automated insights.

  • Stronger cross-functional operating rhythm withtimelyescalations, crisp recommendations, and clear ownership.

  • Successful execution of promotions, modular transitions, hard transitions, and lifecycle events with minimized customer disruption.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $90k, to $110k. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
