 WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Mechanic/Repair Technician at Total Tool, you will inspect, diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical tools and equipment, helping ensure they remain safe, reliable, and job-site ready. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical and battery-powered tools, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, gas-powered equipment, generators, and rigging equipment.
  • Determine replacement parts to efficiently repair equipment
  • Test repaired equipment once completed
  • Provide customers with high-quality repairs and demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete the repair
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
 
PAY RANGE:
$23-$26 per hour, based on experience
 
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
 
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Experience working on small engines and/or tool repair --preferred 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to drive a forklift 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and take initiative
  • An exceptional work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
