We are seeking a Procurement Controls Analyst to support complex procurement programs through accurate data management, reporting, and procurement controls.

This role is responsible for maintaining the procurement register as the single source of truth and ensuring senior project stakeholders have reliable, current information at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and maintain the program procurement register.
  • Track packages, purchase orders, lead times, and delivery dates.
  • Keep procurement data accurate, current, and complete.
  • Produce weekly procurement dashboards and status reports.
  • Maintain milestone trackers for procurement activities.
  • Update procurement risk registers and open action logs.
  • Validate data inputs from procurement and project teams.
  • Identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent procurement information.
  • Support reporting needs for senior project stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records in procurement or project management systems.
  • Coordinate with teams to close data gaps and reporting actions.
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement reporting processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of procurement controls, procurement operations, project controls, or reporting experience.
  • Experience in maintaining procurement registers, trackers, or similar program control tools.
  • Experience tracking purchase orders, lead times, milestones, and delivery dates.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data organization, formulas, and reporting.
  • Experience producing dashboards, status reports, or risk registers.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of procurement data across multiple packages.
  • Strong documentation, follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with supply chain coordination or construction procurement administration.
  • Experience with project controls in a complex program environment.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Oracle, SAP, Unifier, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, or capital project programs.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Analytical background with procurement operations exposure.
