Job Summary

The Solutions Consultant at Reltio plays a pivotal role in the sales process, partnering with Account Executives to understand prospective customers' business challenges and to articulate the value of Reltio's cutting-edge data unification and AI-driven solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations, designing tailored solution architectures, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to prospects. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, possesses strong communication and presentation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities, understanding customer needs and business objectives related to data unification and AI.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations and presentations that effectively showcase Reltio's value proposition.
  • Design and propose high-level solution architectures that address specific customer requirements and integrate with their existing technology landscape.
  • Develop and deliver highly customized, compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements that showcase differentiated value.
  • Respond to technical questions and objections from prospective & existing customers, providing clear and concise explanations.
  • Lead and manage technical aspects of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers within prospect/customer organizations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Reltio's product advancements in data unification and AI.
  • Provide feedback from the field to Product Management and Engineering teams to contribute to product enhancement and innovation.
  • Assist in the creation of sales tools, best practices, and re-usable assets for the pre-sales organization.
  • Support marketing events, including trade shows and webinars, by delivering presentations and demonstrations.
RequirementsRequired Experience/Skills/Education/Abilities:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within the enterprise software industry.
  • Demonstrable understanding of enterprise data challenges, data integration concepts, and the value of data unification.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Experience with enterprise software sales cycles and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
Desired Experience/Skills/Education/Abilities:
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, cloud architectures, and data platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in data management or business intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
