POSITION: Immigration Student Support Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Associate Director CCL /Undocumented Student Support Coordinator
HOURS NEEDED PER WEEK: 10 (fall and spring semesters)
HOURLY RATE: $15.00
DATES OF EMPLOYMENT (APPROXIMATE): August 2026-May 2027

JOB COMPONENTS//PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep record of on- and off-campus resources for immigrant students
- Build and maintain relationships with campus partners and community organizations
- Provide support with updating the resource platforms, including social media (Canvas Page, Instagram, etc.)
- Support with updating Sharepoint Site with update resources and information
- Coordinate communication on immigrant student support and resources with the Communications and Marketing Team
- Assist CCL in coordinating immigrant support workshops
- Assist with planning and hosting community building programs for immigrant students
- Plan educational events for immigrant students and the greater campus community with the Education and Special Events Coordinator
- Be liaison to the Undocumented & Immigrant Allyance (on-campus student organization) and the Sanctuary Campus Subcommittee (SCS)
- Assist in coordinating fundraising opportunities for the Student Fund for Immigration Related Emergencies Applications (SFIRE)
- Assist with evaluation of immigrant student programs and services
- Serves on CCL planning committees
- Provides 8 to 10 hours a week of in-person office hours
- Performs other duties as requested, delegated or assigned

- Dynamic self-starter who takes initiative, highly reliable and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual and bicultural skills preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills: Word and Excel
