Job description

General Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient flight environment for customers and employee from around the world. Working in a dual position, Dispatcher/Line Service Technician as necessary. This is a part time position, with 8-20 hours per week and may qualify for the employee discount.

Essential/major Responsibilities:

  • Uphold safety standards of HAA
  • Maintain aircraft schedule once posted by the Scheduling Department
  • Accurate data maintenance data entry after each flight
  • Invoice customers and employees for services and materials
  • Use Aviation radio and multi-line phone
  • Flight hours reporting
  • Auditing flight logs and accurate billing
  • Projects as assigned by management team
  • General office cleaning and upkeep
  • Fueling, towing and cleaning aircraft
  • General facility upkeep
  • Quality control for fueling operations including an underground storage tank
  • Cleaning student housing in the local area
