Senior Market Development & Operations Manager

???? Travel-Based Role | Telecommunications Construction | Up to 90% Travel

Hyper Networks is seeking a driven and hands-on Senior Market Development & Operations Manager to help launch, stabilize, and support telecommunications construction operations across new and existing markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building operations from the ground up, and can step into challenging markets to drive performance, create structure, and lead teams to success.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead startup and expansion of new markets
  • Support underperforming or rapidly growing operations
  • Build subcontractor and workforce networks
  • Develop operational processes and scalable workflows
  • Partner with customers and internal leadership teams
  • Monitor operational and financial performance metrics
  • Drive safety, quality, and execution across projects
  • Travel where the business needs support most
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 7+ years of broadband OSP construction experience
  • Strong background in fiber, aerial, and underground operations
  • Experience leading field operations and subcontractor management
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational execution skills
  • Ability to operate independently in evolving environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 90%
