UNC Health has an opportunity for a Board Eligible/Certified Hematology/Oncology physician to join UNC Health Cancer Care at Rockingham, a community-based oncology practice located in northern-central North Carolina, just north of Greensboro. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered oncology care in a close-knit community setting, while remaining fully integrated with UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, one of the nation's leading NCI-designated cancer centers.

  • Ambulatory clinic schedule Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm
  • Practice located at UNC Health Cancer Care at Rockingham, embedded on the campus of UNC Health Rockingham
  • On-site infusion services
  • On-site pharmacy supporting sterile compounding
  • Shared evening and weekend call, conducted virtually (no on-site presence required)
  • Experienced clinic staff and strong leadership support through UNC Hospitals and the North Carolina Cancer Hospital
