  • Honorarios: Tarifas por hora, incluye malpractice, capacitación en EPIC (4 horas de entrenamiento sin pagar)
  • Beneficios: Pago semanal mediante depósito directo, beneficios médicos integrales (W-2), programas de referencia, reembolsos de licencias y certificaciones, reembolsos por viajes y otros conceptos cuando corresponda
  • Extras: Tiempo pagado por entrenamiento, tarifas por horas extras y turnos de guardia (noche y fin de semana) con incremento de 1.25x

Responsabilidades Principales:
  • Realizar tareas clínicas y procedimientos relacionados con oncología y hematología, según formación y licencias.
  • Participar en el manejo de pacientes en consultorio y atención ambulatoria en un centro de cáncer independiente.
  • Colaborar con un equipo de 3 médicos y 2 asistentes, atendiendo aproximadamente 10-15 pacientes diarios en consulta y pacientes hospitalizados cuando sea necesario.
  • Participar en turnos de guardia, incluyendo noches y fines de semana, en rotación 1:4.
  • Utilizar el sistema EMR EPIC para documentar y gestionar registros médicos.
  • Contribuir a diagnósticos rápidos y atención especializada para casos de tumores sólidos y benignos.

Requisitos Esenciales:
  • Licencia médica válida en Oregon.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en hematología y oncología.
  • Conocimiento del sistema EPIC.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno ambulatorio y en guardias.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
