Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders in clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clients' unique needs, therapeutic goals, and treatment preferences.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions in various formats, including individual, couple, and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based modalities.
• Provide education on coping mechanisms and self-care strategies, empowering clients to manage their mental health effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address their evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and integrative care.
• Maintain detailed, confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Ultra Care Counseling Services, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor.

• An empathetic and non-judgmental counseling approach that fosters a safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health or telehealth setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation efficiently.
• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Ultra Care Counseling Services offers a supportive environment with numerous client referrals to increase your caseload rapidly.
