Job description

About Gazer

Gazer is an international manufacturer of automotive security systems – immobilisers, dash cameras, and related electronics. We operate across Ukraine, South Africa, the Middle East, Canada, the UK, and India, working with distributors, dealers, insurers, and fleet operators.

The United States is our next market. We’re not parachuting in a product and hoping it sells – we’re hiring a person who will own the market from day one, build the partner network, and shape how Gazer operates in Minnesota and beyond.

What This Role Actually Is

A full-cycle sales position with a regional ownership mindset. You’ll identify and approach targets, open doors, run the conversations, close the contracts, and then manage those accounts as the relationship grows. No handoffs halfway through — you own it start to finish.

Part of your week will be remote: coordinating with the international team, outreach, follow-ups, pipeline management. Part of it will be on the road: visiting partners, running demos, coordinating sample testing, signing deals in person.

Our target partners in the USA are automotive businesses — dealerships, importers, distributors, fleet operators — and automotive insurance companies, particularly those involved in claims and vehicle recovery.

Day-to-Day

  • Identify and map target partners across Minnesota: dealerships, auto importers, distributors, fleet operators, and insurance companies with automotive claims operations

  • Cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn — this is a new market and a significant part of early-stage work will be outbound

  • Visit prospective partners in person: present the product, coordinate sample testing and demos, build the relationship

  • Lead negotiations and close distribution or partnership agreements

  • Transition closed accounts into ongoing key account management: orders, support, growth

  • Report pipeline and market intelligence to the international team and senior leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience — from cold outreach to signed contract — non-negotiable

  • Proven track record of cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach — non-negotiable

  • Readiness to work a cold market: no warm pipeline on day one, you build it

  • Existing relationships at management level within automotive businesses (dealerships, importers, distributors) and/or automotive insurance companies in Minnesota— non-negotiable; ability to provide a list of companies where you’re known will be requested at interview stage

  • Native-level English

  • Own vehicle for partner visits; company covers fuel and wear compensation

  • Willingness to travel across Minnesota for client meetings; travel expenses covered

Good to Have

  • Experience with telematics, vehicle tracking, or automotive electronics

  • Existing contacts within fleet management or insurance claims departments

The Setup

  • Hybrid — remote coordination + field visits across Minnesota

  • Full-time

  • Based in Minnesota, USA

  • Compensation discussed individually based on experience and market expectations
