Image Collection Specialists

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and interested in helping train the next generation of Artificial Intelligence? RWS is seeking Image Collection Specialists based in Ukraine to participate in a large-scale data collection project.

In this role, you will collect and submit high-quality, real-world images of everyday items, documents, and environmental signs using our proprietary mobile tool. Your contributions will directly improve OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and multimodal AI models.

What You'll Do

  • Image Collection: Locate and capture real-world, original photos across 14 predefined everyday and enterprise categories.

  • Category Coverage: Your collection will span diverse categories, including:

    • Commercial/Daily Life: Price tags, small menus, product labels, receipts, and warning signs (on packaging, food, etc.).

    • Environmental: Signs, billboards, and bus stop boards.

    • Business/Technical: Documents (reports, investor materials), forms, memos & notes, notices, graphs (pie charts, bar charts), and workflows/figures.

  • Metadata/Annotation (Potential): Future project phases may require adding basic captions or performing simple OCR transcriptions of the captured text.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be currently living in Ukraine.

  • Native-level written and spoken fluency in Ukrainian.

  • Access to a smartphone with a high-quality camera and a stable internet connection.

  • Ability to strictly follow detailed photography and data entry guidelines
